Lake Deneys Yacht Club has officially entered the 2026 Lipton Challenge, committed to South Africa’s premier inter-club sailing contest with a youthful campaign.
Led by skipper Henning Kock, alongside co-skipper and trimmer Aaron Biagio, the team combines youth and ambition. Henning returns for his third Lipton Challenge after helping his team secure second place overall in 2024.
Having sailed together extensively, the pair believe they have developed a strong partnership on the water that will form the foundation of their campaign.
Representing one of South Africa’s inland sailing clubs, Lake Deneys Yacht Club have a young team eager to test and prove themselves against some of the country’s most experienced crews.
